2022 Cloudvocal Online Event brought together saxphonist around the world to share their creativity. The grand prize for the event was an alto saxophone from a renowned saxophone brand, along with mouthpieces and other prizes from well-known brands.
TOP 3 Winners
The competition first went through an internal selection process at Cloudvocal, where a total of 15 performers were selected to enter the final round. After that, Cloudvocal invited SaxSchool Online, a well-known online learning channel, and the content director of the UK’s largest saxophone retailer, SAX, to judge the performances of these 15 finalists. They assessed each performer based on tone, improvisational development, and overall execution. The combined scores from these categories determined the top three winners of the event. A successful event not only relies on enthusiastic participants from all over but also on the support of friends from various fields. 2022 Cloudvocal Sax Jam was our first attempt at organizing such a competition. With limited experience at the time, we were fortunate to have the help of Cloudvocal brand ambassadors, who helped promote the event and spread the word to more saxophone enthusiasts.
